Andy Wolfe is the Dean of College and has oversight for all of its work, partnerships, events and programmes. Having worked as a musician for a number of years, Andy has taught for 15 years in a variety of school and college contexts, most recently working as Vice Principal at The Nottingham Emmanuel School. He brings a wealth of outstanding teaching experience, deep theological reflection and an energetic passion for developing younger leaders through the work of the College. Andy also has a national role for the Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership, overseeing national networks and investing in school leaders across the UK.
Beth Yearsley is the College Co-ordinator and Program Leader, providing outstanding support and co-ordination of programmes, events and networks across the College. She brings superb experience running similar programmes at the University of Nottingham, and has a particular passion for developing young adults and students in their vision for their lives across a wide variety of sectors. She is a gifted leader and mentor and brings a great depth of rich theological thinking around leadership and discipleship to the College. Beth also has particular oversight for the 18-30s stream for the college which includes the Sector Mentoring Scheme, Live:Love:Lead Breakfasts and Formation Groups.
Grace Beaton is the Networks Co-Ordinator and Program Leader for the College, and will have particular oversight for training, programme and residentials for the 15-18 stream. This involves the weekly formation groups, our unique leadership programmes in London, and our international leadership experiences. Grace partners with schools and churches to invest in younger leaders, and brings wide ranging experience to this role having previously managed the Alpha course at HTB in London.
