Andy Wolfe

Andy Wolfe is the Dean of College and has oversight for all of its work, partnerships, events and programmes. Having taught for 15 years in a variety of school and college contexts, most recently working as Vice Principal at The Nottingham Emmanuel School, Andy brings a wealth of outstanding teaching experience, deep theological reflection and an energetic passion for developing younger leaders through the work of the College. Andy also has a national role for the Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership, overseeing national networks and investing in school leaders across the UK.

Beth Yearsley

Beth Yearsley is the College Co-ordinator and Programme Leader, having oversight for the ‘Leaders in the World for the Church’ stream. This includes

  • Sector Mentoring
  • Live:Love:Lead
  • Fruitfulness on the Frontline
  • Entrepreneurial Leadership Action Learning Set
  • International Experiences.

She brings superb experience running a range of similar programmes at the University of Nottingham, and has a particular passion for developing young adults and students in their vision for their lives across a wide variety of sectors. She is a gifted leader and mentor and brings a great depth of rich theological thinking around leadership and discipleship to the College.

Grace Gilmour-Jones

Grace Gilmour-Jones is the Networks Co-ordinator and Programme Leader, having oversight for the ‘Leaders in the Church for the World’ stream. This includes:

  • Formation Groups
  • Network Gatherings
  • Residentials
  • Church Skills Training
  • 1-2-1 Mentoring

She brings wide ranging experience to the College having previously managed the Alpha course provision at HTB London. She is gifted speaker and mentor and embodies a deep passion for developing younger leaders, connecting with churches and schools across the Diocese.

Will Foulger

Will Foulger is the Intern Programme Teacher, having oversight for the curriculum and delivery of teaching within the College’s Intern Programme. Will is a gifted theologian, an outstanding teacher and brings an inspirational depth of understanding to the teaching programme. For most of his week, Will serves as the Curate of Trinity Church Nottingham, in the heart of the city.
